Director, Business Operations
Overview
TC2 is an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) participating in the Medicare Shared Savings Program and serving Medicare patients throughout Central/Middle Georgia. We are looking for an experienced individual able to direct and support the day-to-day business operations of TC2. In addition to exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, this individual should be comfortable working in a highly fluid operating environment, working closely with the CEO and President to help ensure continued organizational success.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing key aspects of TC2’s daily operations including, but not limited to: tracking/ managing staff time and activities, managing payroll, loading and validating clinical and claims data in TC2’s population health management program, generating required clinical and financial reports, completing custom analyses and reporting, reviewing & validating vendor invoices, and supporting TC2 leadership, as required
- With leadership input, supporting the hiring, evaluation, counseling of TC2 staff
- Reporting and monitoring analytics and utilization/quality/cost trends including “high risk” and “rising risk” patient identification
- Helping develop and implement key organizational objectives and priorities
- Effectively prioritizing individual and team work effort to help secure performance improvements throughout the organization
- Addressing day-to-day operating issues as they arise, with TC2 leadership input when necessary
- Other responsibilities, as assigned by the CEO, President, or their designee
Experience & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated healthcare experience with an understanding of the unique clinical and business success requirements for Value-based arrangements
- Experience within an Accountable Care Organization and/or population health experience within a provider organization highly desirable
- Exceptional analytic, reporting and collaboration skills to support a high-functioning team of clinical & business leaders
- Experience tracking and managing key performance measures for organizational success
- Excellent organizational skills with experience supporting executive-level staff
- Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously and support initiatives with specific timeframes and objectives
- Expertise in using population health data management programs and Microsoft’s Suite of tools

Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour
