    Position Summary: The position will coordinate the NH Community Behavioral Health Association’s data management strategy. This will include working with regulatory and payer partners on quality improvement and information technology priorities.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Planning

    • Create, maintain, and drive an Association Data Management Plan.
    • Demonstrate performance to State, MCO, other funders.

    Liaison

    • Serve as the liaison data and metrics requests made to Centers by NH DHHS and MCOs.
    • Work on metrics, metrics requests, and process alignment opportunities.

    Reporting

    • Assemble quarterly NHCBHA quality metrics reports.
    • Work to develop cross-Center metrics from standardized tools and best clinical practices.

    Collaboration

    • Explore, validate and offer solutions to address system utilization and operational variation.
    • Participate in issues-specific Learning Collaboratives.
    • Collaborate on the selection and implementation of standardized tools and workflows.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor or Master degree in the healthcare quality improvement or related healthcare field
    • Demonstrable project management skills
    • Demonstrable writing and presentation skills
    • Direct experience with Community Mental Health Centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers, hospitals and other healthcare providers required to produce quality and outcomes measures
    • Direct experience with Meaningful Use, MIPS, NCQA and other, similar quality and outcomes measurement sets
    • Direct experience with NH Medicaid’s quality and outcomes measurement systems
    • Clinical experience desired
    • Claims coding skills desired
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word; experience with statistical software; experience with electronic medical records software
    • Ability to prioritize multiple and often changing priorities.
