The Opportunity: The Business Operations Manager will build the central hub for Interos’ metrics and will use that data to keep the companies most critical initiatives on track.

This role will work closely with the SVP of Finance and lead key strategic initiatives to drive our next phase of growth. You’ll play a critical role in close coordination with multiple departments (Finance, Sales, HR, C-Level and more). The right person for this role is someone with high attention to detail, who wants to take ownership of defining, establishing and tracking metrics, and can react effectively to dynamic challenges in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development of KPI dashboards that encompass key metrics to be reviewed with leadership team in order to drive and manage the business.
  • Coordinate with corporate teams to identify critical initiatives in the business and the right metrics to track progress.
  • Work across all departments to create and clean data feeds for each department and automate the centralization of KPI data into a single system.
  • Use effective data visualization and analytical skills to simplify complex business flows and enable faster decision making as well as execution.
  • Support the quarterly OKR and long-term goal setting of the company.

Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the areas of finance and / or business management
  • At least 3+ years of experience using BI tools; data manipulation, query and dashboard development, CRM experience.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Experience with Tableau Desktop and Server or other BI tools highly preferred.
  • Able to think both strategically and tactically – can devise and execute an action plan (strong process and project management skills).
