We are looking for FULL TIME qualified individual to manage all aspects of the Building Service operations of an 102 apartment Assisted Living Facility.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum three years experience with one or more trades; basic principles of sanitation; experience with equipment utilization. Supervisory experience in health care or hospitality setting preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask, budgeting, contract negotiation.
- Compassion and a enthusiastic disposition.
- Management and supervision experience preferred.
- Have the ability to work tactfully and the willingness to work cooperatively with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and government regulatory agencies.
