Branch Manager

Bath Fitter is looking for a Branch Manager with the following qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume overall responsibility for sales growth and profitable operations
• Participate in the development and updating of a marketing plan for the branch.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise and train staff.
• Oversee a team that executes successful completion of installations and customer satisfaction
• Managing a staff of installers, office employees, and sales/marketing
• Manage inventory
• Responsible to direct a team and daily work flow
• Budget tracking to ensure proper allocation of resources

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstration of ethical and effective managerial and leadership skills
• Computer skill-knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment, knowledge of database, spreadsheet and work processing software
• Day hours with some weekend needs
• Minimum of 3-5 years of management experience
• Ability to multitask and detail-oriented

Experience:

• Four-year degree with Business major or
• 3-5 years related experience or
• equivalent combination of education and experience.
