Rôle et Responsabilités

Manager at Automation team is responsible for gaining a thorough understanding of the new system to be created and tested.

Individual must learn both the technical side of the system as well as understand how automation tool will help to save MHs without sacrificing quality of test.

Individual will make/coordinate the automation project’s schedule (entry & approval) and lead the internal team.

Individual will be developing new automation tool based on the requirement given by Test Groups

Individual must be able to debug the tool in case there’s any issues with tool.

Understand requirement from test groups and come up with new test tool idea

Review code/script created by lower level engineers and approve

Design, Debug and develop applications using Eclipse(Python) and Visual Studio (C#)

Analyze requirements and develop test scripts based on carrier and internal test requirements

Interact with external teams for integration, deployment of test automation test scripts

Performa root cause analysis and assign issues for development teams

Create and manage test reports based on test executed

Experience with leadership position where demonstrated ability to manage a team from a technical perspective

Generate test reports, from the executed test cases based on the requirement

Develop applications on the Android and other mobile platform based on carrier requirement.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering

8+ years of experience in wireless industry preferably in Mobile QA

Proven Experience in QA life cycle, test plans, test executing and reporting

Excellent Programming skills in C# and Python required

Previous experience in Visual Studio, Eclipse and MS .NET Framework required

Sound software Development practices required

Java and Android development practices required

C/C++ knowledge is desirable

Basic knowledge of an RDBMS is desirable

Demonstrate experience with Android Development

Previous experience with people management, people development and team manage is required.
