- Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual loan portfolio characterization and performance reports for distribution to NYSERDA management and other interested parties. Responsible for identifying performance trends, flagging required actions, report accuracy and timeliness, and driving continuous improvement in the reporting process.
- Prepare ad – hoc data analysis and reporting related to the GJGNY loan portfolio for bonding activities.
- Address customer concerns and questions. Including monitoring and responding to dedicated email accounts for same.
- Preparation and filing of loan satisfactions.
- Monitoring of delinquent loans and reporting of same by utilities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly invoices.
- Research and information gathering related to customer bankruptcy, death and foreclosure events
- Other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year degree in finance, data analysis, business or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with consumer lending preferred.
- Strong analytical skills including a mastery of Microsoft Excel and its data analytics capabilities, a strong experience with Pivot Tables and formulas is required.
- Ability to manage multiple diverse activities simultaneously, delivering on commitments and operating with speed, accuracy and strong judgement
- Strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer communication including written and verbal.
