The Position: We’re looking to add an Associate Director to our Holladay, Utah office. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Associate Director vary greatly; but the primary function in this position is to work with the Managing Director and team in servicing the needs of clients by solving complex issues related to their patent strategy. This role offers tremendous opportunity in our small, close-knit team to an individual who is equipped and eager to accept the challenges of an ambitious workload and steep learning curve.

Responsibilities: The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual capable of creative problem solving as well as interacting with clients and team members on a time-sensitive basis. First and foremost, responsibilities include reliable project management of our patent strategy solutions from start to finish. This includes:
- Effective communication of project scope to analyst team, including Directors, Managing Directors, and Independent Contractors located in various geographic areas
- Holding team members accountable for assigned tasks, timelines and budgets
- Documentation of project progress in GTT’s internal systems
- Regular communication with clients on project status
- Preparation of client-facing deliverables for review by respective Directors or Managing Directors. These deliverables include meeting presentations, analysis reports and proposals and will be compiled using analysis provided by our network of Independent Contractors
- Business development through continue relationship building with existing clients, outreach to potential new clients, and out-of-the-box thinking to create new patent strategy solutions

- Bachelor’s degree
- Mastery of Microsoft Office and G Suite
