- Participate in deal closing calls (for both tax credit investments and real estate development deals) when topics around disbursement, invoicing, servicing or financial reporting are discussed
- Review of, and extraction from, legal documents for compliance, interpretation and operational viability
- Perform Servicing activities, such as invoice preparation, monitors the investment entities, processes return payments, fees and loan payments, and monitors any return of capital
- Review project sponsors quarterly and annual financial statements
- Perform quarterly and annual risk rating tests
- Perform Investor Reporting activities
- Provide monthly tracking/forecasting of upcoming cash needs and cash flow related to BW&A investments
- Serve as liaison for borrowers, lenders and investors by responding, resolving, and expediting inquiries, discrepancies, and special requests
- Adding value by creating efficiencies and delivering projects on an as needed basis
- Monitor construction and lease-up activities and support release of equity by maintaining regular communication with developers, lenders, investors, accountants, architects, and other project consultants.
- Actively track construction status, lease-up, projected credit delivery amounts, placed in service dates, upcoming capital contributions, and fee income
