Full Job Description
Dailey Resources, Limited is a provider of beverage, industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding supplies along with an assortment of product offerings to meet its gas customer’s needs.
Gas & Welding Supply Sales Specialist
- Generate sales within an assigned territory for new & existing customers
- Promotes sales & provides customer service to assigned & prospective customers
- Focuses on sales quota, new business development & maintains customer relationships
- Contacts existing customers & cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targets
- Improves the profitability of existing customers by fully understanding value propositions
- Supports & implements marketing plans, promotions & new product launches
- Secures long term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements
- Accountable for providing & maintaining complete & accurate customer set-up & pricing data
- Maintain list of target customers by generating & qualifying new business leads
- Conducts competitive intelligence
- Promotes & demonstrates products to prospective new customers
- Promotes & demonstrates new products to existing customers
- Cultivates customer relationships by developing a deep knowledge of the customerâs business.
- Partners with internal resources to achieve growth objectives. Establishes & maintains clear & consistent lines of communication with internal personnel.

Qualifications
- Prefer 5+ years of successful outside sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Defined sales process
- Industrial & medical gas experience preferred
- Welding experience or familiarity preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
