Ideal candidates have 10+ years’ experience in market research and BA/BS in related field (market research, psychology, sociology, economics, business, industrial psychology, etc.), as well as excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SPSS.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets
- Identify and capture strategic opportunities to drive sales and market share
- Identify and build strong relationships within client organizations
- Consult with multiple clients and client contacts
- Direct and manage complex national and international quantitative research projects
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all Lieberman products and offerings
- Manage employee retention and staff the project teams at appropriate levels
- Work with project teams to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that positively affect client’s business
- Train and mentor staff to build industry, marketing and unique client knowledge to advance analytic insights and research capabilities
- Ensure research quality and achieve high customer satisfaction levels
- Proactively develop ideas and initiatives to improve overall team and company performance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and project teams and meet aggressive timelines
- Ability and willingness to travel
Ideal candidates will have:
- 10+ years’ experience in a quantitative market research capacity. Significant CPG experience, with proficiency in product testing is required.
- 5 or more years’ managing the P&L of a group, division or practice area
- Hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Outstanding morale and team-building skills
- Extensive client development experience
- A degree in business, mathematics, or social sciences
