The Purpose of Your Role

This is an incredible opportunity to unlock the next wave of business value for a marketing organization on a transformation journey. Our team has been moving from a traditional marketing communications approach to a client-centric modern digital marketing experience model. A key component to ensure the success of our journey as a cohesive marketing team is our ability to measure success, so we can optimize results. This role will be passionate about championing how we bring data into conversations and derive insights that drive optimization. It will start with the basics. You will identify what and how to measure. You will also identify gaps and how can we prioritize our needs through a roadmap and bring them to life. When we have a new measurement capability, how do we guide the team to utilize it? These are the questions that you will focus on. It is essential that you understand our highest-level business objectives and break them down into functional units to ensure they are properly defined for realization.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 5 – 10 years of experience in marketing measurement and strategy planning for modern marketing organizations with digitally focused capabilities and tools
  • 5+ years working in large complex organizations
  • Takes ownership and is results-oriented with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience working and managing projects in an agile development environment
  • Financial services experience is a plus

The Value You Deliver

We are looking for someone that can drive alignment, connect the dots, and has the right instincts to drive effective partnerships and alliances across our marketing and distribution support organizations. Someone with the experience to develop a strategy and the skills to prioritize around it and deliver. Someone that has built sustainable operating models and all of the documentation, templates, and training events needed to motivate change across an organization.
The FI marketing organization is complex and covers several businesses. Each of these businesses has its own P&L, CRM, and sales process. With that comes segregated data and teams that are at different points of maturity in our marketing transformation. Understanding how we are organized, and the key business priorities will be critical in translating a roadmap that will deliver results.
