We combine Wayfair s highly practical & deeply analytical DNA with inspirational photography and best merchandising practices, further differentiating Wayfair from our competitors.

Wayfair s Exclusive Brands team is looking to scale this portfolio of tightly curated, style-driven brands by hiring a highly-motivated Senior Brand Project Manager, able to drive innovative processes through a data-driven approach to creative problem solving, excellent leadership, and a desire to quickly get to actionable results.

Daily responsibilities include managing processes associated with the curation and merchandising of new product on site, while ultimately maintaining the style integrity and cohesion of product across the EB catalog. The Senior Brand Project Manager will lead the team in tracking key metrics and building reporting that informs the larger EB initiative, continuously completing projects relating to key strategic initiatives.

This role provides significant exposure to one of Wayfair s most exciting and fastest growing strategic initiatives. Top performers will have opportunities to work with each of the EB workgroups and a variety of cross-functional partners.

A creative problem solver, they routinely demonstrate a broad set of innovative skills through product management, product management, brand management, data analysis, or other similar experience.

Senior Brand Project Managers must be excellent interpersonal communicators and highly-organized workers, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


What you will do:

  • Develop management reports and KPIs that monitor operations and curation health and implement continuous improvement
  • Identify and leverage key cross-functional teams and resources in order to optimize related workflows and process efficiency
  • Participate in the on-going creation and maintenance of visual content that informs the style direction of 65+ Wayfair Exclusive Brands
  • Track and manage all aspects of the imagery assortment process, including product selection, sample requests, and on-site association
  • Demonstrate critical thinking through a partnership with EB Merchants and the integration of learnings from data when considering an appropriate product assortment for key imagery
  • Creatively problem solve and not be afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Lead a
    high-visibility team
    that manages multiple
    processes
    both internally and with cross-functional partners to action against Exclusive Brands strategic priorities

  • Act as a liaison

    between multiple Exclusive Brands teams (Merchant, Brand and Analytics) to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Have an

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree from a top school; MBA or relevant graduate education a plus
  • 3+ years experience in ecommerce, project management or a relevant professional field (management consulting or other professional services a plus)
  • Proven track record in
    taking ownership to deliver results
    within a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to dive deep to obtain a strong understanding of
    business strategy
    and
    financial goals
  • Effective verbal and written communicator able to operate clearly in an ambiguous environment
  • Technical background or technical orientation (experience with SQL or other programming language is a plus)
  • Extensive knowledge of
    Excel
    required
