Job Description:
Summary: This position is the face of our company.
– Network and meet Real estate agents and wholesalers. Establish systems to stay in touch with them
– When motivated sellers call our office, you will be the primary contact for these sellers. The goal is to collect as much information as possible from these sellers in order to be able to effectively analyze each new lead and determine whether or not the lead is a potential deal.
– Manage Construction projects with General Contractors.
50% Lead Analysis
- Network with Agents and make presentations
- Manage incoming leads
- Lead search
- Schedule meetings
- Follow-ups
50% Construction Project Management
- Working with general Contractors to manage construction projects
- Running errands (buying materials, going to city, checking on projects, etc.)
Skills for a qualified Candidate:
Having a real estate license a big plus but not mandatory
Ability to manage construction projects
Personable and comfortable talking to people
Extremely organized
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication, Team, People, Phone skills
Self-motivated and hardworking
Potential total earning with a bonus:
$5000 per month + commission of $5000-$10000 of the purchase price for every property you find and we purchase
