My client is a National leading and privately owned commercial interior finishes contractor and custom architectural millwork manufacturer that performs in all sectors of the market but is well known for its high value and unique projects within the corporate interior, hospitality, casino resort, and gaming industry. The firm holds a highly reputable brand within their industry space and reaches a national presence with main offices in Chicago, Las Vegas, San Diego, Fort Lauderdale, and Milwaukee. They have been established for over 70+ years working on large multi-million-dollar corporate interior, hospitality, casino resort, and game room interior projects. The firm is known for their unique and landmark interior finishes projects working with many well-known five-star casino and hotel resorts, projects ranging from $20-$100+ million dollars and they have been growing year after year building on that reputation generating over $150 million dollars in annual revenue last year. They have been building up a large portfolio of repeat clients and a majority of their annual revenue stream comes from their ability to keep excellent relationships with their existing hospitality and fortune 500 clients. The Firm is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Project Management team in their rapidly growing Las Vegas office.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This experienced Project Manager will report directly to the Operations Manager who is in charge of the Las Vegas office and their lead Senior Project Manager, giving exposure and opportunity to learn from multiple high-level executives within the leadership team. The idea is to hire a current Project Manager or a very seasoned Assistant Project Manager currently working for an interior finishes, custom millwork, or commercial interior/TI general contractor or sub-contractor who will have the ability to expedite their career and act as a Lead Project Manager out of their rapidly growing Las Vegas office.
Additional responsibilities include:
- The ability to create the project plan, manage the project to meet the needs of all parties and deliver expected project financials to senior management
- Responsible for the project timing and scope with the client, subcontractors, and vendors
- The ability to oversee each projects financials and to manage all of the project costs including inside and outside resources to meet financial goals and deadlines
- The ability to oversee all change orders, and to coordinate contracts from start to finish with clients and subcontractors
- Responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple large multi-million-dollar interior finishes projects
- Assist the Senior Project Manager with developing relationships with clients and stakeholders and maintain them moving forward
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
The qualified Project Manager must have:
- A minimum of 2+ yearsâ experience as a construction Project Manager working for sub or general contractor
- An associate degree or bachelorâs degree in Construction Management or applicable field from an accredited college or university
- Past experience within the Interior Finishes and/or Millwork industry
- Past experience working on hospitality and/or casino resort construction interior finishes projects
THE COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
The successful Project Manager will be compensated with a competitive base salary ranging from $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 based off work experience, this figure does not include additional benefits and perks that are listed below.
