Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems Group in Clearfield, Utah is seeking an experienced Principal Project Manager

Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator provides general support to the Program Office and other members of the management team.

Must have the ability to manage projects and anticipate the needs of the organization. Must have the ability to work independently.

Responsible for the following:

  • Compile/consolidate all Program chart decks
  • Ensure proper security markings on all program chart decks
  • Document minutes from program meetings
  • Publish action items from program meetings
  • Track and follow up on all action items
  • Assist with maintaining the staffing plan and following up with functional leads to ensure their inputs are accurate
  • Maintain the program dash board
  • Help follow up on risk mitigation actions and support the Risk Board Lead
  • Help to update and maintain the program plan

Experience and Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field is desired
  • Three years of program-related experience.
  • Any equivalent combination of education and experience may be sufficient to successfully perform the duties listed above.

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent oral and written skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible, able to work independently, follow established time-lines
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance.
