The Asset Strategy Team is currently seeking a Manager of Real Estate who will manage the transactional real estate & property management operations for Orlando Health which includes: lease negotiations for owned and externally leased commercial property, development and implementation of organizational real estate policies and procedures, maintenance of the web-based or other real estate data base and all property managementfunctions related to owned ambulatory facilities. This team manages a portfolio approaching 10 million square feet in size across 10 counties.
The Asset Strategy Team optimizes Orlando Healthâs real estate and facilities to proactively align with and support the organizationâs business unit goals and objectives. By integrating the Planning, Real Estate, Interiors & Facilities Development, and Corporate Engineering teams, Asset Strategy serves as a platform to provide facilities and infrastructure for delivering best-in-class patient experiences consistently and competitively.
Orlando Health is a $3.8 billion not-for-profit healthcare organization and a community-based network of hospitals, physician practices and outpatient care centers across Central Florida. The organization is home to the areaâs only Level One Trauma Centers for adults and pediatrics and is a statutory teaching hospital system that offers both specialty and community hospitals.

Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Planning or related field
Experience Required
- Seven (7) years of experience in commercial real estate to include five (5) years of experience in property/facilities management or business management.
- Prior Central Florida real estate and supervisory experience required.
- Healthcare experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in managing external partner relationships such as architects, engineers, appraisers, commercial brokers, environmental consultants and attorneys is essential.
