This role will be responsible for supervising the content coming into the design team and coming from the design team. This role will ensure all designs are created and released to proper specifications and channels on-time and at an excellent standard. Through this effective management they will contribute to the strengthening of our brands. This position will create a seamless workflow for the design team and will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices in terms of digital assets.This job requires the candidate to be both creative and analytical. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, able to work in teams, able to take feedback and apply it, and interested in learning opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to creative concepts and campaigns, including ideating and collaborating on concepts
- Team Leadership – Effectively work alongside and inspire the design team, while building and maintaining strong morale and unity.
- Overseeing designers’ projects and day-to-day workflow and setting up the team for success, the Design team will be free to work at the highest level of productivity and creativity.
- Create and plan digital marketing material
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions
- Help ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
- Own project timeline, schedules and documentation, as needed.
- Attend meetings and represent marketing team, as needed.
- Coordinate planning and review sessions, as needed.
- Other projects as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years Project Management experience, with a Graphic Design background (desirable)
- Experience working with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Asan and Hive
- Leadership and Management Experience
- Great communicator (written and verbal)
- Team player
- Able to work under strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
- High attention to detail, the ability to check work for errors and inconsistencies
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- High level of attention to detail
