Nursing Home located in the Miami-Dade County, FL area that is seeking for an experienced Director of Building Services to join their team!
The Director will be ensuring that the residentâs rooms are in good repair, as well as ensure a safe, clean, and orderly environment and help maintain the grounds.
The Director of Building Services will be overseeing the Maintenance and Housekeeping department as well.
The Director will help to develop the work schedules of the staff and inspect their work to make sure they are meeting the facilityâs cleanliness expectations.
The Director will also make sure that the staff complies with infection control procedures.
Candidates for this position should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Director within a Healthcare setting as well as have excellent communication skills, be personable and able to multi-task very well.
Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
The salary for this position is competitive and will depend on experience and qualifications a full benefits package will be offered as well.
