Purpose
The Business Operations Leader inspires, encourages and enables our people to adopt New Ways of Working that accelerate our performance as an organization to meet the Pharma Vision of more benefits to patients at less cost to society. Drives changes that enable greater speed, flexibility, customer-focus, and efficiency to help us serve more patients more quickly and more effectively than ever before. The role will be responsible to translate HTO’s Aspiration into tangible plans and incorporate into the site’s purpose, goals, and strategy. This includes creating a new Transformation Office that will act as the face of the transformation, sets the tone, spurs enthusiasm, and challenges current wisdom. This role has the objective to make the organization more flexible, reliable, and sustainable to meet Customer demand over the longer term . Additionally, the role will have responsibility for the integration into Site Strategy Development and its Deployment e.g. the processes required to successfully run the annual business cycle (strategy and operations), preparation of the Site Business Plan, as well as regular Operational Reviews.
The role includes communications and change management within the site and within the broader network as well as stakeholder management.
Responsibilities :
Leadership & People Management:
Architect of a New Transformation Office

Be accountable for the overall budget and financial performance of the Business Support organization

Be an active and visible change agent, fostering a flexible and open mindset to new opportunities and continuous improvement
Ensure timely and effective communication
Lead/coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Strategy, Communication and Change Management
Responsible for developing the Site Business Plan and Operational Plan aligned with the Site and PT/PTG Strategy and Goals
Drive strategy deployment in partnership with the site leadership through the development and monitoring of robust site goals and key performance indicators that inspire the site towards increasingly excellent performance.
Drive the development and execution of the site’s annual management business
Processes (rhythm wheel, racetrack)
Develop and oversee the site-wide Communications strategy and execution
Develop and oversee site-wide Organizational Change Management activities
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
Graduate Degree or MBA is preferred
Experience:
10 or more years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
6 or more years’ change management experience
