Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for growing UCP of Central Florida and UCP Charter Schools online and digital presence by helping develop, create, implement, and measure online, digital, and social media strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive digital media strategies that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications
  • Manage all aspects of UCP social media presence and drive strategy to increase daily engagement on UCP’s social media accounts, create content calendar, lead content creation, engage with online audiences/influencers, and conduct regular media monitoring of UCP’s online mentions
  • Manage and grow Google MyBusiness pages for all UCP campuses
  • Work with Marketing and Development Team to update websites as needed
  • Ensure any press related communication is distributed properly on all digital platforms
  • Help coordinate submissions from blog contributors and publish/distribute approved blog content
  • Collaborate with Sr. Director of Marketing to analyze SEO keywords and dashboard analytics to craft digital content strategies
  • Regularly monitor Google Ad campaigns for compliance, and create relevant campaigns as needed
  • Work with Sr.Director of Marketing to create relevant ad funnels through Facebook ads and measure performance
  • Lead E-mail campaign pipelines and ensure that all content is submitted, accurate, assembled and scheduled to reach intended recipients
  • Support, attend and assist with all agency fundraising events, speaking engagements, tours, special events and other programs
  • Attend 4 relevant industry or community functions as a representative of UCP of Central Florida
  • Assist in finding relevant outreach and community event opportunities in the community
  • Help produce video content for year-long campaigns and special events
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Training:

  • BA degree in the field of Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.

Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated successful experience in social media management and digital content strategies
  • Strong knowledge in brand positioning, tone and fidelity
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, uses, and applications
  • Familiarity with web assets and CMS including squarespace
  • Video content experience a plus
