To support the Culture Alignment & Activation team and ensure effective and efficient execution of the team’s mission, goals, and objectives. Provide process and project management expertise, data tracking and analysis, closed loop feedback reporting, etc. to inform stakeholders, line of business/business unit leaders, and team members of the group’s progress and effectiveness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Track culture activation progress (training cascading, wiring, etc.)
2. Establish, measure, monitor and report on success metrics.
3. Document culture activation session outputs and next steps.
4. Partner with Culture Consultants to provide business unit/function culture support and build customized action plans, closed loop feedback reporting, effectiveness measurements, etc.
5. Provide logistics support for activation session locations and related travel required.
6. Develop and distribute culture content.
7. Coordinate culture council meetings.
8. Coordinate and manage integrated work streams with culture partners from other LOBs, specifically Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and Marketing Manage department budget, external payments and
expense reports.
Required Skills and Competencies:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training
2. 5+ years in a project or process management related role
3. Ability to effectively interact with leaders and teammates at all levels of the organization
4. Data aggregation and analysis skills, including the ability to develop and monitor ongoing dashboard metrics
5. Expert presentation development (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint)
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively juggle competing priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Conceptual ability to analyze problems and devise solutions
8. Exhibited ability to work independently
9. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools General computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft applications)
10. Audiovisual/presentation equipment expertise
11. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
