We are seeking a full time Case Manager to join our Outpatient Team! In this position you would be working with drug and alcohol clients providing a full range of case management services. Main job duties would include ensuring that individuals with drug and alcohol addiction have access to services by identifying, referring and facilitating appropriate services, provide instruction, role modeling and coaching for individuals, help problem solve with team members and conduct check-ups with clients and contacts. Applicants for this position must have an understanding of the addiction and recovery process. EOE

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing or a related field
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with 18 college credits in Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Criminal Justice or other related social sciences
- Pennsylvania State Police Criminal History Check
- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance
- FBI Clearance Completed through the Department of Human Services
