We are a full-service radiology center in Tampa, Florida. We are seeking two different positions, or one person who can do both positions.
1) Business Developer and Marketing expert
2) Associate Director
Must have prior administrative / management experience / marketing experience in radiology.
Must understand marketing and monitoring of a CRM.
Must be good with staff, fair, and a people person.
Must live in Tampa, preferably near our center, or be willing to have
a strong on-campus presence.
Must understand the economic factors in diagnostic imaging, insurance
reimbursements, PIP issues, etc.
Must be good with contracts.
Must be good with computers, email, and texts.
Must be good with risk management.
Must be able to handle delicate situations.
Must be able to manage people.
Must be accessible to staff, and report to the owners.
Must be an outside the box thinker, and problem solver.
Must be devoted, have the highest professionalism, and serve as a role
model for the rest of the staff.
Must not shy away from challenges.
Must be devoted to the position, believe in the mission of our center,
and be willing to be at the position for the long haul. Must truly desire to be a part of
something that will continually grow over time and you must share our
vision for growth. We would like anyone who comes on board to have the
expectation that they will be retiring with our company.
