The Assistant Vice President Enrollment Services is responsible for providing collaborative, data-driven, strategic leadership and oversight of the Cashier’s and Enrollment Services teams. Additional, this position collaborates with the enrollment management leadership team to craft strategic enrollment plans in support of the university’s mission.
Job Duties Required Education Bachelor’s Field of Study Business required; Accounting or Finance preferred Required Experience 8 years of relevant work Other Required Qualifications
- The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate across a range of constituencies and with diverse audiences, strong supervisory experience, excellent organizational abilities, current and detailed knowledge of federal financial aid compliance, knowledge of data analytics.
- Proven experience using customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.
- Proven expertise in analyzing and reporting support operations metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Effective at collaborating with different teams to deliver solutions.
- Maintain professionalism/confidentiality in escalated situations with customers.
- Extensive experience interviewing candidates with a keen eye for talent and culture fit.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Effectively solves problems requiring complex solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
