Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementation of activity program for 65 bed long term care facility. This includes daily internal activities (evenings and weekends) and outings.
Responsible for supervision of full time Activity Assistant.
Responsible for documentation of assessments and participation.
Assist with development of facility newsletter.
Participate in all Interdisciplinary team functions.
Must have strong communication skills.
Must have strong computer skills.
Must be able to work independently and be self motivated.
Some evening and weekend hours required.
