Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training and managing the cross business marketing plans and execution.
- Develop and drive acquisition strategies as well as link the long-term strategy around working with other leaders to drive more in-plan engagement with our customer base.
- Lead and collaborate across corporate and other businesses on any marketing initiatives and help develop those strategies as well as drive teams to implement and maintain those plans.
- Lead on driving marketing to support the expanded product capabilities and solutions. Ensure a consistent marketing message and position consistent with the brand and strategy. Responsible for all marketing strategies and successful launch of new products and services.
- Develop and champion new high impact marketing tools/programs that help accelerate our presence at sales meetings, stewardship meetings and at RFP. Responsible for creating strategy for a high-touch stewardship program, involving regular check-ins with customers and ongoing communications delivered in the methods of their choice
- Leads the Request for Proposal (RFP) unit responsible for working with SMEs and Underwriters in the organization to deliver.
- Responsible for developing a comprehensive finalist process, working with the distribution team to determine most successful ways to be most relevant in the marketplace. Responsible for creating a full suite of product-focused first sale materials, integrating the financial wellness message as an important component.
- Responsible for revamping communication programs, tapping in to new technologies and delivery methods, includes but not limited
- Responsible for improving current inventory/ordering system to be more accessible and easier to use, including suggestions about which materials to use for various purposes
- Work with our product management and distribution team to develop key efforts through the sales process as well as any other cross business initiatives and drive demand for our products and services.
- Drive ongoing marketing analysis and measurement. Incorporate and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all initiatives and adjust implementation strategies to maximize impact.
- Attract, engage, retain and supplement diverse high potential talent; create a work environment that fosters inclusion and diversity.
- Determine priority of marketing resources and develop capacity planning models that keep up with the needs of the business. Employ practices to create efficiencies and optimize resource deployment.
- 7-10 years B:B marketing experience or related experience, MBA preferred
- Highly effective strategic planner, taking ideas from concept to successful implementation and maintenance
- Proven ability to manage large scale initiatives across multiple businesses
- Strong advocate of teamwork, performance excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Services industry experience of 5-10 years
- Inspiring leader with proven ability to manage high performers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
