Vice President of Finance

We are seeking a Vice President of Finance to join our team. This position is responsible for all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. The Vice President of Finance will lead all day-to-day operations and supervise staff members including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. This person will also ensure that systems and procedures are in place to support effective program implementation and conduct flawless audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting to ensure compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, expenditures, and budgets
• Coordinate all audit activity
• Consistently analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Leverage strengths of current team members, help clarify roles and responsibilities, and develop and implement training programs in order to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goals
