A major provider of learning resources to the federal government needs a veteran Vice President of Business Development to lead its sales, proposal and support team. This position is based in DC and candidates MUST have:
+A thorough understanding of and experience with federal contracting and GSA schedules
+8-10 years of B2B sales of professional services
+Leadership experience (this person will lead a team of 12)
+Proficiency with MS Office products
+Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM
+A BS in Marketing or related field
+The ability to travel about 25%
