  • Manage multiple application development teams to ensure timely delivery of shippable product increments while maintaining a high level of quality
  • Oversee daily activities of delivery teams and provide direction and guidance as needed
  • Ensure that the teams maintain a high level of competence, operational excellence and morale
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs
  • Foster a mentoring culture of continuous improvement while employing Agile methodologies
  • Work with product owners in maintaining a healthy product backlog while ensuring the delivery teams perform at a consistent velocity

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified Scrum Master certification (PMP-ACP certification a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading multiple, cross-functional Scrum teams
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing technical teams
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Effective decision-making and critical thinking skills for problem identification and solution recommendations
  • Ability to be flexible, set priorities and meet deadlines in a changing environment for self and team
  • Strong time management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented while consistently looking at the big picture
