We are currently searching for a Terminal Manager to lead our fleet in Canton, MS. This position will oversee a fleet of approximately 200 drivers, provide superior customer service, maintain terminal facilities and be an active part of Dispatch.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensure DOT compliance
- Provide guidance of company policies and procedures
- Promote high safety and performance standards
- Promote driver retention
The successful candidate will need strong logistics experience in trucking and/or warehouse transportation system, prior management experience, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent leadership abilities.
