Dutch Bros. Coffee has an aggressive growth strategy, and the Manager of Talent Acquisition holds a key role is helping the business reach its 5-year goals. The person in this role is responsible for leading the recruitment for talent at all levels within its headquarters and retail branches. They lead a small, but mighty recruiting team who is responsible for high volume recruiting for hourly, non-exempt, retail positions across seven states (and expanding), as well as executive level, corporate hiring. This person is expected to have a collaborative mind-set, working closing with their team members, the larger HR staff, company hiring managers, and out-side recruitment firms. We are looking for someone who is intuitive, flexible, and able to roll up their sleeves to handle the day-to-day challenges that arise in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. This is a role with a lot of building to do – we need a “doer.” A sense of humor is a big plus. As a leader on the Employee Engagement and larger HR team, they will work to support all Employee Engagement initiatives.
Key Result Areas:
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategy:

Develop and deploy recruiting and sourcing strategies that cultivate a high volume & high performance environment and ensures that the company has a talent network made up of best-in-industry resources.

Ensure a best-in-class, scalable recruiting function to support the company’s continued growth

Integrate company core values and ensure that hiring and selection processes yield high-performing candidates.

Responsible for branding and establishing the organization as a premium employer of choice in the marketplace.

Build on existing processes to obtain best-in-class practices for end-to-end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding.

Implement and ensure success of Employee Referrals, and Employee Development Programs.
Provide oversight, management and measurement for all recruitment initiatives:

Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to the Recruitment team with the focus of being consultative and strategic to the business while raising the bar of recruiting performance.

Develop and manage metrics to measure growth and performance of the Retail Talent team.

Provides accurate, up-to-date and informative recruitment dashboard.
- Continuously measure and improve the enterprise recruitment process through recruiting metric collection, analysis and goal setting.
- Ensure all recruitment initiatives meet Federal and State compliance requirements.
- Serve as a connection point between all HR sub-teams, including retention and compensation.
Manage and facilitate the execution of recruitment initiatives:

Manage searches for key leadership roles within the organization.

Source, recruit, and interview candidates to deliver top talent, while providing a continuous flow of qualified candidates. Deliver highest quality talent from most relevant industries in the market.

Client management and interaction with hiring managers to proactively understand unique expectations.

Develop and manage relationships with outsourced recruiting firms.

Support recruiters in developing quality relationships with internal hiring managers.

Support cross-departmental relationships to anticipate hiring needs.

Forecast and plan for future recruitment needs.
Required Job Qualifications:

3-4 years of recruitment experience
-
BA/BS required
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Experience in analyzing data in order to modify and design recruitment strategies
- Experience working with contracted recruitment firms and vendors
- Experience with corporate, executive, and high volume hiring initiatives
- Proven work experience as a recruiting manager, recruiting consultant or recruiting coordinator Hands-on experience with an ATS system and HR databases
- Experience with de-escalating high-stress situations with both clients, candidates, and colleagues
- Familiarity with social media usage and professional networking applications Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to escalate priority items and maintain data & reports to leadership team as requested
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, and ever-changing environment and employees
