We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and versatile Studio Manager to join our F45 Kirkland/Redmond teams. This full-time role will be based in-studio and plays a vital role within the team, to grow the membership through lead nurturing and business development initiatives within the community. The Studio Manager will drive the studio’s local area marketing efforts including creating business to business partnerships and attending industry events. The Studio Manager will also work closely with the Head Coach to foster and retain the current membership!
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional who is energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent verbal communication skills, is able to overcome objections, has a willingness to drive new member sales and contribute to a dynamic membership culture, and is comfortable leading a team. The ideal candidate displays a high level of initiative and leadership in their approach as a manager. Experience selling higher-end boutique memberships is required.

This role is full time and will be based in studio at the brand new, beautiful F45 Training facility in Redmond Towne Center. This role is not a standard 9am-5pm role, and does require night / weekend availability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with and report to F45 Headquarters team to discuss daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Nurture all incoming leads and track members
- Spearhead Sales Responsibilities and set monthly KPI’s
- Ensure the sales performance of the studio is meeting goals
- Create & manage a membership referral program
- Conduct goal-oriented consultations with all new members in studio
- Welcome members by name
- Respond to current member needs and member referrals
- Promote & sell only F45 services in and out of studio & become the community’s biggest F45 training advocate
- Generate new leads through local area marketing, partnerships, and events
- Work collaboratively with the Head Trainer & Financial Manager; daily, weekly & monthly basis
- Manage the studio ensuring a smooth and cohesive operation
- Create and manage at the highest level a clean, organized, energetic, and fun studio
- Help to manage Front Desk coverage schedules/hours
- Manage studio inbox and phones
- Help to manage Coaches Weekly Schedules – (with assistance from Head Coach)
- Marketing – (shared role Head Coach) – organize, prepare, research and participate in commercials, FB videos, Instagram, Twitter or other F45 social media
- Train the Front Desk Sales team on the following;
- F45 software
- Conduct membership consultations & fitness appraisals
- Have strong customer service and presentation skills for both new walk-in members, existing members, phone sales & inquiries
- Keeping the studio, bathrooms and entrance area clean & organized at all times
- Staff Development – help organize, participate and attend;
- Team social events
- Team building activities
- Team meetings
- Help foster a positive, community-based, team-training environment!
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 3+ years of fitness sales experience (required)
- Studio management and operations experience (required)
- Corporate partnerships and events experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to manage a high volume of emails, calls and texts
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong customer service and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow up and through on daily tasks
- Strong multi-tasking skills required
- Active interest and passion for the fitness industry

HOURS PER WEEK
- 40 Hours of work will vary depending on assigned class times and timing of community events- This role is not a standard 9am-5pm role, and does require weekend availability as needed.
