Sr. Director, Technology
Provide strategic leadership to ensure business applications are available and performing to specifications. Lead a large team of associates and contractor resources to accomplish organizational objectives and goals. Manage multi-million dollar budgets to ensure effective controls on expenditures and compliance with accounting guidelines. Analyze and determine change impacts to functional team and business clients. Provide routine and on-demand communications to executives and partners on the performance of business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technology support teams to develop business applications, or ensure business applications have high availability and adequate performance, to include demonstrating year-over-year performance improvement.
- Manage associates to ensure their success and development.
- Provide consistent and accurate feedback to business partners on performance of business applications
• Manage the budget • Manage vendor relationships to ensure value of products and services delivered.
- Manage up to 16 people
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Military Equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in Strategy Development
- 5 years of experience in People Management
- 2 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Management of IS or IT
- 5 years of experience in Strategy Development
- 10 Years of experience in People Management
