Columbia is growing! A lot! Adding buildings and products and a great deal of revenue. And to help us with that growth and all of the projects that growth creates, we need a solid senior Scrum Master. This is a key role here and calls for someone with senior skills in Scrum. We have good people here but need someone who can coach and mentor other team members, facilitate work and guide 5 or more Scrum teams. Is this you? We are looking for a senior person who has a very solid e-commerce background, is an Agile guru who can improve a team and is adept with bugs and other issue solutions. If you have some kind of advanced Scrum Master certification and the ability to work cross-functionally, we want to meet you! You will certainly be empowered in this role, will be comfortable acting autonomously.
This Scrum Master III position is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating Agile Scrum teams to achieve a high level of performance, velocity, and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value.
