Our client is looking to identify a Certified Scrum Master to play an essential role in the leadership and motivation of project teams within the organization.
*This is a guaranteed 6+ month contract with the opportunity for extension and conversion.*

What You Will Do as a Scrum Master:
-Act as the driving force for ensuring scrum is understood and enacted
-Define project scopes and schedules
-Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments
-Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
What You Will Need as a Scrum Master:
-CSM (required)
-BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred
-2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies
-Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members
-Ability to provide leadership and collaborate with customers to develop strategies and solutions
-PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSPO preferred
