QPS Employment Group is hiring a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Milwaukee and surrounding territory. The Regional Vice President is a member of the Leadership team, providing overall direction, coordination and leadership for their assigned territories.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide overall direction for developing, implementing and optimizing sales goals, policies, programs and strategic initiatives
- Develop a reputation and operate as a trusted advisor and business partner to QPS Officers
- Work with Officers to develop strategic sales plan and year-to-year sales goals of designated territories
- Conduct daily travel to branches in designated territory
- Consistently apply and build the QPS Employment Group, Inc. brand in their marketplace
- Serve as Corporate Spokesperson for their assigned territory
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with clients, prospects and community organizations, which includes attending specific events coordinated for this purpose

Responsible for growing and developing Account Executives to reach their goals which align with QPS strategy and customer needs by:
- Strategically build a proactive sales pipeline which consistently ensures diverse clients
- Work with Account Executives to identify and secure new client opportunities and increase billable hours
- Act as an additional resource for Account Executives in potential large prospect selling situations
- Support Account Executives in managing existing account base
- Troubleshoot problems regarding service provided, answer questions from Account Executives and handle complaints
- Conduct on-going training sessions (field and classroom)
- Coach effective prospecting, sales and closing techniques
- Work with Account Executives with organizational skills, account strategies, territory planning and administrative responsibilities
- Communicate leads, problems or issues
- Continually monitor Account Executivesâ sales performance based on regularly gathered and analyzed feedback and metrics
- Determine the potential and implement steps for improvement or recommendation of Account Executivesâ performance
- Assist with the screening and hiring decisions for Account Executives in their territory
- Develop succession plans and talent management
- Responsible for ensuring employees continually grow in sales, staffing, recruiting and business knowledge
- Build and maintain effective partnerships with all internal departments such as HR, Accounting, IT, Marketing, etc
- Work with Marketing to identify, evaluate and prioritize marketing opportunities
- Participate in cross-corporate steering committees

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting, and selling services, including marketing strategy and tactics, and sales techniques
- Proven track record of leading a team of skilled professionals, including: goal setting, development planning, coaching, performance appraisals, recruiting, and motivating staff
