The Regional Director is responsible for leading the organization’s continuous improvement of People, Service and Profit. Through effective leadership, teamwork and synergy amongst his/her peers and cross-functional partnerships, the Regional Director is a strong contributor to the division and organizational growth. This role builds and maintains a firm foundation, producing high performing teams, high retention at all levels, and financial growth across multiple zones. Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain high performing teams, characterized by effective engagement, collaboration and teamwork through open, respectful and timely communication
Build Talent – Hire, Develop, Inspire, Motivate, Energize, Retain and Promote key talent
Build a culture of inclusion and fairness for all members of the team
Identify great talent with a focus on people development and building bench strength
Coach, mentor, and lead multiple zones toward effective people strategy, operational excellence, including efficient operational practices that promote growth
Change Leader with the ability to influence adoption of company initiatives
Drive employee safety and security, ethical conduct, and address noncompliance appropriately
Create and manage Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage within the region
Establish and maintain exemplary customer relations, ensuring open lines of communication and continuously building customer relationships through service
Deliver on Operational Excellence (Perfect Events), Organizational Effectiveness (Retention) and Financial (EBITDA) Commitments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing retail multi-store or multi-zone operations
Demonstrated history of building and leading high performing teams
Strong understanding of managing profit & loss and controlling the levers that affect P&L
Effective customer relations skills and ability to respond to and react to customer service issues
Proven track record of identifying talent, developing people, and building strong bench strength
Ability to teach and enforce company policy and compliance
Excellent organizational skills with proven problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Regional Director must reside within their geographic area of responsibility
Possess a valid Driver’s License and active insurance coverage
