ATM MANAGED SERVICES IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER
Our ATM Managed Services Project Manager directs all phases of a clientâs ATM program including:
- Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. \
- Manage the implementation of client ATM fleets from concept to completion ensuring that projects are kept within allotted time frames and budget.
- Responsible for identifying all assets and resources necessary to successfully meet client expectations
- The project manager will be accountable for developing and maintaining all project deliverables, project plans, issues logs, and change orders.
- Additional responsibilities include: conducting internal/ external project team meetings and client status meetings; ensuring that all project documentation is produced in the standard format and advising clients and senior management/executives on developing solutions for specific project issues and problems.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
- Primary point of contact for customer & voice of the organization representing client needs.
- Perform Program Management duties as necessary on assigned efforts.
- Establish, communicate client/program objectives, and priorities to internal/external partners.
- Meet contractual performance objectives by analyzing and initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Identify & manage risk and opportunities to meet project/program objectives.
- Ensure proposal submittals, schedules, cost estimates, project execution, risk assessments and technical solutions are accurate and timely.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of experience in project management activities
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully with demanding customers, difficult schedules and technically challenging projects.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and competently convey program performance.
- Ability to identify, resolve issues and manage risk
- Thorough knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Develop detailed work plans and specifications
