Primary Duties:
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Manage employees and sub-contractors through project completion
- Submit and track submittals and RFIs
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
- Billing and change orders
- Accepts directives and guidance from Project Director and Owners
- Available and willing to travel to assigned job sites
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, plans and manuals
- Proficient with basic computer software programs
- Attention to detail and quality of work performed by self and field assigned to job
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Ability to work and interact with others in a positive manner
EDUCATIONAL, LICENSING and CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; bachelorâs degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Valid driverâs license
