    National Security Operations Director Summary:

    The National Security Operations Director must be able to manage all aspects of the security and loss prevention program at Branch offices throughout the United States. The National Security Operations Director will ensure all scheduled posts are filled with qualified, talented loss prevention officers. This position will interface with site facility management, loss prevention leadership, Metro One management, Recruiter(s), Scheduling Staff, and support staff. The National Security Operations Director will work closely with all Branch offices to ensure that qualified candidates are continuously recruited and interviewed, creating a pipeline of qualified staff for assignment.

    The National Security Operations Director will troubleshoot and travel to underperforming offices throughout the United States and must maintain an “ownership mentality” as you are essentially managing a dedicated service operation for our highly-regarded client.

    National Account Manager Requirements:

    · 3-5 years of Security Operations and recruitment experience

    · Law Enforcement & Military experience welcome

    · The National Security Operations Director position requires extensive travel Nationwide.

    · Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.

    National Security Operations Director Daily Duties:

    · Troubleshoot underperforming Branch offices as needed throughout the Nation as far as caliber and skill sets of our officers.

    · Oversee scheduling, attendance and job performance across a broad range of jobs and tasks at a High End Retail work environment.

    · Ensure all security officers are trained on time and attendance recording, using a biometric timeclock or other application at the work site.

    · Oversee standards for overtime performance through effective scheduling and supporting Recruitment Strategies.

    · Maintain adequate staffing levels.

    · Remain active in the updating of Post Orders to anticipate training needs, job review and providing feedback to security staff.

    · Maintain attendance standards by taking corrective measures for lateness, excessive call-outs, and no call/no show occasions.

    · Issue written documentation to staff when warranted and maintain liaison with Human Resources.

    · Monitor security officer and supervisor performance, both for remediation and reward, and document key indicators.

    · Support efforts by Talent Specialists by promptly scheduling and interviewing new candidates, and working with staff to accommodate schedules. Then, follow-up to ensure new hires are fully integrated into the schedule in subsequent weeks.

    · Implement measures to maximize retention.

    · Identify top talent officers for growth opportunities. Communicate change in rate records to Payroll and Human Resources.

    · Provide immediate response if there are payroll discrepancies, and resolve any errors.

    · Work with Human Resources regarding potential counseling, disciplinary issues, and timely investigations.

    · Respond with urgency to client concerns. Document deficiencies noted during site visits and follow-up with appropriate communication, training, instructions, etc., providing client with corrective action taken.

    · Ensure compliance to post orders, uniform requirements, retraining and licensing requirements.

    National Security Operations Director Responsibilities:

    · Strong oral and written communication skills

    · Outgoing personality with strong organizational, leadership and customer service skills

    · Experience in recruiting functions and client relations

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing Retail environment
