Nexius is looking for a Market director to oversee delivery in the Philadelphia market out of the Hamilton, NJ office.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for the overall success of network implementation programs at a regional level
- Develop a program plan, track progress, and provide regular reporting and overall status to the customer as well as Nexius’ executive management
- Manage various matrixed teams and partners to ensure program success
- Establish relationships with client’s decision makers
- Development of business cases, program plans, budgets, schedules and progress tracking
- Reporting at executive level to various clients as well as Nexius’ leadership
- Build and maintain positive relationships with client representatives and teams
- Build, track, forecast and maintain project/program level P&L
- Travel to other office locations and sites as needed

The Skills and Background You’ll Bring:
- 10+ Years of direct wireless network deployment experience with demonstrated history of career progression up to regional / national-level responsibilities – Finely tuned customer skills coupled with extensive experience in the following areas:
- Wireless network deployment from design through final acceptance / on-air
- Market management experience; actual, real experience with direct responsibility over the program success – from inception to final acceptance
- Financial Acumen – Revenue and Cost Management, Forecasting and Reporting
- Contract Negotiations / Management
- Sub-Contractor / Partner Management
- Cross-functional / matrixed team engagement and leadership
- Advanced executive level presentation and reporting skills
- Understanding of technical and strategic directions and implement plans to achieve them
- Willingness to do what it takes to accomplish the mission, regardless of title or profile
- Advanced skills in Excel, Databases, PowerPoint and Word
- Has a willingness to travel as the business demands
- Understands business-to-business sales on a corporate level
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Established relationships with client’s decision makers
- Proven Track record in successfully achieving complex technology solution based sales and contract negotiations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company insurance policy
