Responsibilities:

• Management of Dry Room and Driver Check-In Areas and personnel.
• Processing credits and ensuring that paperwork balances are completed accurately.
• Scanning and processing product for restocking, destruction, or return to vendor.
• Implementing various vendor policies to corresponding returned products.
• Inspecting and preparing product for return to appropriate locations.
• Creating solutions to unique returns scenarios and finding opportunities to improve processes.
• Accurately compiling and preparing required tax forms on a monthly basis.
• Researching and maintaining all state and local licensing and reporting requirements.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports & schedules analyzing the financial activities of the division.
• Ability to create ad hoc projects and special analysis as needed.
• Ensure adherence to all required reporting and deadlines.
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.

Skills & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance Preferred.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3-5 years of related experience in management, preparation of reports and analysis is required.
• Self-starter; can work well with a great degree of autonomy; very detail and accuracy oriented.
• Ability to work reliably from verbal and written instructions.
• Focused on excellent customer service both inside and outside the organization
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Highly skilled computer knowledge and ability to learn/use computer programs on the job.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, specifically MS Excel is required.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• May be required to obtain certification for use of powered equipment; such as a Forklift.

Physical Demands &Working Conditions:

• Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position: up to 10 lbs. regularly, up to 25 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Physical ability to handle objects, tools, and/or controls.
• Physical ability to stand for a significant period of time and walk continuously.
• Physical ability to occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, reach, or crawl.
• May require the ability to operate and/or be certified on various powered equipment.
• The warehouse environment will have exposure to a variety of noise and potential extremes in temperature
