Full-time position available. Reporting to the Life Services Director, and overseeing the Life Services Coordinators, the Life Services Manager has a concentration on the Independent Living areas of the CCRC, however maintains high knowledge of all aspects and areas of the entire CCRC community. Able to determine and implement appropriate levels of living, movement through the continuum, and services needed and provided in and out of community. Holds a strong understanding of the various Life Care and Rental contracts, benefits of, and ability to enforce them. Responds to crisis care and incidental reports. Works with residents and families directly to resolve issues/concerns and provides basic case management and daily social services to residents. Participates on the management team and supports organizational goals and strategic plans.
