As an Vice President on our team, you will oversee project finance and debt structuring transactions working on complex infrastructure equity investments and M&A advisory assignments. You will be involved in project development, advisory, capital raising and principal investing across the renewable energy, conventional power, midstream, and transportation sectors.

You will combine the knowledge obtained in your undergraduate degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or Law) with your previous experience (6-8 years) within the infrastructure and/or energy space in Project Finance You will demonstrate strong project finance and financial modeling abilities so that you can evaluate the credit risk and bankability of our potential infrastructure investments utilizing different capital structures across the various debt markets (development capital, commercial bank financing, leveraged finance (Term Loan B and High Yield Notes), mezz/Holdco debt, as well as investment grade private placements.

With a strong focus on debt structuring and arranging, you will be involved in all stages of sponsor side infrastructure transactions, from early stage investment decision analysis to the managing of financial close.


Fluency in spoken and written English is essential in this role and Spanish skills would be highly desirable.
FINRA Series 63 and 79 are preferred but not required.
