Dun & Bradstreet has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team, as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition! This individual will set the vision, strategy and roadmap for the end to end Talent Acquisition function, ensuring a best in class hiring experience, as well as leading, developing and inspiring their team, to drive high performance. As a strategic talent advisor, you’ll help leaders across the organization find the top talent necessary, to accelerate achievement against business goals.
The ideal candidate is a transformative and innovative people leader, with a passion for identifying operational efficiencies and leveraging analytics to optimize performance and provide insights to inform and influence key hiring decisions. This position will have a seat on the People Leadership team and report directly to the Chief People Officer.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Global Talent Acquisition function, to include full cycle recruitment, as well as University Alliances, Executive Recruitment, Onboarding and Recruitment Marketing/Branding efforts.
- Lead, coach and develop the Talent Acquisition team, to drive achievement against recruiting objectives and cultivate a high performing culture. Utilize a comprehensive metrics-based approach to assess hiring progress against targets.
- Design and execute global recruiting strategies to attract and hire top candidates and create future pipelines. Build robust and innovative programs to compete for talent in highly competitive markets, leveraging existing structured interviewing/competency-based hiring techniques to ensure a consistent and high-quality assessment process.
- Build credibility and strong relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership, through understanding their business goals and hiring needs and informing with data & insights. Provide regular cadence of traditional hiring metrics, as well as talent insights and competitive intelligence to educate on market availability and challenges, to inform most effective hiring strategies.
- Partner closely with Hiring Leaders, Finance, HR Business Partners & Compensation throughout the workforce planning process to drive thoughtful review of organizational design, to identify future talent needs and proactively ensure proper resources are in place to support hiring.
- Be in lock step with HR Business Partners and other partners across People Team. Share regular recruitment insights and knowledge with peers on hiring progress, so they are best informed to articulate, creating consistent messaging across the broader People team.
- Partner closely with Marketing & Communications team, to implement strategies to heighten our employment brand presence.
- Optimize existing talent acquisition processes, identify opportunities to streamline operations and create more efficiency. Partner closely with HRIS to implement areas for improvement, where it involves the ATS and other applicable systems.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and identify partners/programs to further increase pool of diverse candidates to engage.
- Manage relationships with recruiting-related vendors, tools and platforms. Manage the recruiting budget and processing of all associated expenses. Conduct ROI analysis to assess what is providing the most value and research other options in the market to consider.
What You’ll Come to the Table With:
- Proven People Management and Leadership skills – demonstrated success building and growing a best in class team of recruiters supporting multiple functional areas.
- Strong Communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across all levels of the organization to achieve results
- Highly analytical mindset, ability to digest a variety of metrics and identify trends and recommendations
- Sense of urgency, with the ability to stay highly organized while working in a dynamic fast-paced organization
- Strong business and HR acumen, including critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker, who can easily pivot and be tactical and drive execution
- Minimum 10 + years of Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experience leading a global talent acquisition function and team
- Experience managing and implementing recruiting tools, platforms and ATS systems
- Stays on top of current trends and industry best practices
