We Offer

Executive summary of the job’s core purpose.
  • Support leadership and execution of Group Finance (GF) Human Capital Strategy in partnership with HR and the Management Team (e.g. Development and Training initiatives, mobility etc). Prepare and maintain Human Capital Dashboard.
  • Support optimization of the global workforce strategy footprint and structure. For instance: spans and layers and other organizational metrics.
  • Execution of the Communication Strategy (preparation of Town Hall presentations, core communications such as Memos/Announcements Publication, Location Leader forum and Exchange forum coordination, Intranet content management and governance, blog).
  • Management of GF governance processes, such as requisition raising/hiring process and travel approvals.
  • Support for strategic headcount initiatives.
  • Drive innovation projects for Group Finance in collaboration with CFO.

You Offer

  • Post Graduate MBA (optimally in finance)!
  • Multinational and/or Financial Services equivalent work experience of 3-5 years in a global / international environment.
  • Outstanding experiences in change / transition / project management and ability to closely collaborate with Business / Function leads and partner on BM / MI reporting.
  • Equivalent work experience in Business Management/ Change/ Transition roles.
  • Combine the ability to conceptualize ideas and run E2E delivery with limited oversight with strong numerical and profound analytical skills.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (ability to analyze large data sets with pivot tables, v-lookup and similar functions) and PowerPoint (ability to develop a communication flow on complex topics for senior management presentations).
  • Dedicated problem solver with a positive, insightful personality and can-do attitude who shows flexibility and is able to adapt quickly to changing situation with focus on improvement.
  • Social skills and good written and verbal communication skills enabling to partner and to craft effective team building including senior level executives globally.
