Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage overall training program for new hires and advanced education of reporting staff to
ensure quality standards are delivered to produce the highest level of patient care.
Hire, mentor, manage, and evaluate all direct reporting personnel
Analyze reporting staff work functions quarterly, at minimum, to ensure processes are
written to perform tasks in the most time and cost efficient manner.
Manage department operating and personnel expenses to maintain a profitable division.
Manage the call center to ensure minimal calls are abandoned, patient inquiries are all handled
appropriately while delivering excellent customer service
Create and maintain training manuals, tools, and systems for responsible department(s).
Create and maintain system processes for standardized performance and quality expectations.
Audit work performance from a quality and production measurement of all
accountable employees.
Address and resolve all patient complaints related to department to ensure patient satisfaction
and retention.
