Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Koury Corporation. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotelâs employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.
The Director of Operations over sees day-to-day operations of the hotel. Duties include supervision of staff as well as interactions with the guests. The objective is to keep the hotel running smoothly as a team.
The ideal candidate will be a general manager of a full-service hotel with some experience in the operation of all departments. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
