Full Job Description

Based in our Raleigh-Durham offices ,the candidate will lead a team of highly motivated Sales Executives, Account Managers and Channel Managers selling market-leading products, solutions and services. The team will identify and secure strategic North American partnerships and customers that can deliver accelerated revenue growth.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following;

  • Driving sales executive performance in a client-oriented solution selling approach, across our enterprise portfolio.
  • Defining sales strategies and market campaigns identifying market opportunities and maximizing pipeline development and conversion.
  • Building a platform for identifying new customer contacts, securing and leading sales meeting with new contacts and co-coordinating subject matter expert input in support of these meetings.
  • End to end responsibility for leading opportunities through the deal cycle.
  • Managing customer requirement – influencing strategy and Solution options, through to defining and enacting a sales closure plan and contract negotiations.
  • Accountable for certain client relationships; typically working from senior decision maker level to technical level

Qualifications:

  • Success driving teams booking $50M plus contract value annually
  • History leading a high performance sales team that focuses on “value” sale, not a “price.”
  • Ability to lead, manage and report across a diverse sales and customer model – from Channel to Enterprise.
  • Strong business acumen (not just Sales) to ensure sales organization is aligned to the business goals.
  • Ability to lead or influence lead and market generation campaigns and ideas
  • Experience and understanding of the Cyber Security and IT services market
  • Familiarity with U.S. security regulations and standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
